What is your role at Koss Olinger? Client Service Associate

Where did you grow up? Lake Charles, LA

Do you have pets? If yes, tell us about them. We do not have any pets yet, but my wife really wants a puppy. We might have one soon.

What is something people would find surprising to learn about you? I prefer to cook my own food vs eating at restaurants or fast food. I enjoy the challenge of blending spices to create flavor, and it is so satisfying to eat a meal after working hard to create it from scratch.

What do you consider to be your best quality? Thoughtfulness. I try to speak and react in ways that comfort people vs antagonize them.

If you could have dinner with one famous person from history, who would it be and why? Henry Ford. Ford is one of America’s great businessmen. I would love to pick his brain over efficiency, innovation, and business. Many of his principles are still applicable in business today.

What is the best advice you have ever received? The sun will come up tomorrow. It’s not worth dwelling on things you cannot control or staying upset at a mistake you made. The sun will come up tomorrow, and you have another chance to put your best foot forward.

What is your superpower? I am very good at understanding and connecting tasks. I enjoy finding what causes different workflows to open and disruptions along the chain. This helps me better serve teams and departments quickly.

What is your favorite food? Anything homemade.

What do you think is your biggest contribution to the Koss Olinger team? Dependability – I enjoy working hard and having responsibility. Learning quickly and helping the team distribute work will be my biggest contribution.
