Koss Olinger Announced as 2023 Best Places to Work Winner

We are thrilled to share that Koss Olinger has been selected as one of the winners of the 2023 Best Places to Work award by the Guide to Greater Gainesville. The award winners were determined through a comprehensive survey that was designed by experts, and included employee feedback. A certification process with independent judges determined the finalists. The survey assessed various areas that contribute to an organization’s overall excellence, such as benefits, job advancement opportunities, company culture, and senior leadership.

For their 2023 Best Places to Work Award, the Guide to Greater Gainesville required Koss Olinger to submit an application as well as the results of a Quantum Workplace employee survey.

In addition, Koss Olinger was also required to meet several eligibility criteria, including: (1) Being an independent company (i.e. not a subsidiary or division of another company); (2) Being based in the United States; (3) Having at least 5 full time or part time employees (not including owners); (4) Having been in business for at least 2 years.
