2024 – America’s Top RIA Firms by SHOOK Research with Forbes*
Methodology:
The Forbes ranking of America’s Top RIA Firms, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone, virtual and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. The algorithm weighs factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices and approach to working with clients. Portfolio performance is not a criterion due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Neither Forbes nor SHOOK receive a fee in exchange for rankings.

Great Place to Work 2024-2025*
Methodology:
Great Place To Work Certification criteria are the global standard for quantifying and benchmarking the employee experience. Using the Great Place To Work Trust Model and the Trust Index Survey, Certification evaluates workplace culture from the perspective that matters the most — the employee — offering the most comprehensive picture on the market of the internal health of an organization. To be considered for Certification, organizations must have 10 or more employees and must complete a two-step process:
1. Survey employees with the Trust Index Survey.
2. Complete the Culture Brief™, a company questionnaire.

Positive employee responses to the Trust Index Survey (four and above on the five-point scale) are averaged to provide an organization-wide assessment of culture: the Trust Index. Companies that score above the current threshold become Great Place To Work Certified. Surveys must meet strict requirements for how they are distributed and the percentage of employees who respond to ensure they accurately represent feedback from the company’s full population.

*A fee was paid to be eligible for this certification, but was not paid to be Certified™ by Great Place to Work®. Certification published July 2024 and is valid through July 2025. Certification based on an employee survey and a company questionnaire.
