We offer 37 ½ hour work weeks with remote work opportunities, holidays, PTO, and Fridays off once a month. The team has access to multiple engagement tools, including surveys, work-life measures, and rewarded social recognition. All employees have the opportunity for a monthly massage and to enjoy a catered staff lunch. Paid PTO for volunteering is a great way we give back together. We also host workshops, speakers, and special events to promote education, connection, and fun.
